Siluetes en la boira (2025)

Piece originally composed for the album Overgrown Path (IBS Classical). This three-movement sonatine is a personal response to Janacek’s famous piano cylcle On An Overgrown Path. Siluetes en la boira (Silhouettes in the Mist) is born from this realm of memories and nostalgia that shape the soul of Janacek’s most autobiographical piece.

Converses is the Catalan work for 'conversations'. In this case, these collection of duos is a direct dialogue between violin and double bass, but also a musical potrait of the artistic friendship between Bernat Bofarull and Jan Fité.
